The exterior scope, handled.

What Sanchez Landscaping and Sprinklers provides on residential construction projects, and how each part supports getting a home finished and handed over.

01

Landscape Installation

Full landscape installation at the finishing stage of a build — soil preparation, bed layout, plant material, mulch and edging installed to the plan so the exterior reads as finished on walkthrough day.

For builders

Works from the approved landscape plan or plat requirements, and coordinates with the site superintendent so installation lands after grading, concrete and exterior trades are clear.

02

Sod Installation

Lawn areas are prepared, raked and rolled before sod goes down, with tight seams and cut edges along drives, walks and beds. Delivery is staged so pallets are installed fresh rather than sitting on the lot.

For builders

A finished lawn is one of the first things a buyer judges. Clean sod work removes punch-list items and photographs well for listings.

03

Irrigation & Sprinkler Installation

Irrigation installation for new construction: mainline and lateral lines, valves and valve boxes, zoned heads laid out for the lot's shape and planting, controller mounting, and a walkthrough of zone coverage and programming.

For builders

Irrigation and landscape handled by one crew means one point of contact for the exterior water and planting scope, and no gap between the two trades.

04

Landscape Planting

Tree, shrub and ornamental planting set at correct spacing and depth, with beds shaped, mulched and edged. Plant selections can follow the builder's spec or the community's approved plant list.

For builders

Consistent plant packages across a phase keep a streetscape cohesive and simplify approvals.

05

Grading & Site Preparation

Rough construction soil is cleaned up, spread and finish-graded away from the foundation, with debris removed and the surface prepared for sod, seed or planting.

For builders

Getting the final grade right protects the foundation, the drive and the new lawn — and prevents callbacks after the first heavy rain.

06

Landscape Finishing & Punch-Out

Bed edging, mulch top-off, rock and gravel areas, cleanup of walks and drives, and correction of open exterior punch items so the lot is ready to hand over.

For builders

A short, clear finishing pass keeps the exterior off the closing punch list.
